ALPS (Agency of Logistics and Procurement Services), established on 1 July 2018, is a national integrated supply chain management agency dedicated to the management of supply chains and support care transformation within the public healthcare sector.

By consolidating the resources and functions of various public healthcare clusters, ALPS aims to revolutionise and drive transformation in the healthcare supply chain. Through the development of innovative procurement and supply chain models, ALPS is committed to enhancing efficiency, slow down the escalation of cost, and ultimately improving the medical supplies resiliency nationwide.
